China's top auditor on Monday said its local branches pinpointed 328.05 billion yuan (50.93 billion U.S. dollars) of problem funds after having audited 157,000 units last year.

The local branches have audited 369,000 people with 82 officials handed to judicial departments, said an annual report on the website of the National Audit Office (NAO).

Some high-ranking officials were audited last year, including 13 ministers, six provincial heads, four mayors and ten heads of state-owned enterprises, the report said.
