An Egyptian military plane crashed Wednesday during Egypt-UAE joint military drill, killing 2 Egyptian and 2 UAE officers, state-run Nile TV reported.

Egypt's military spokesman was quoted as saying that the crash happened at 19:00 local time, and a technical failure should be the cause.

Now authorities are investigating the detailed cause of the accident.
