A United Airlines flight from Denver to San Francisco has been diverted to Salt Lake City on Thursday due to a bomb threat, U.S. media reported.

Quoting airport sources, CNN reported that agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as well as police with sniffing dogs were called on the scene. A total of 193 passengers and six crew members remained aboard.

The authorities would not give any more details.
