Swedish incoming Prime Minister Stefan Lofven announced on Friday that Sweden's new government will be made up of his Social Democrat Party and the Greens, according to local media reports.
According to the Swedish daily Dagens Nyheter, Lofven told Parliament Speaker Per Westerberg on Friday that Sweden will be governed by a Red-Green coalition.
"This is a collaborative government that we should form upon agreement. It will be a good solution," said Lofven.
The Social Democrats and the Greens together won 38 percent of the votes in the 2014 elections earlier this month.
