2. The Bulgaria, Russia

On July 10, 2011, the Russian river cruise ship Bulgaria sank in the Kuybyshev Reservoir on the Volga River in Russia with 201 passengers and crew aboard. The accident resulted in 122 confirmed deaths. It is the largest Russian maritime disaster in more than a decade.
