2 killed in civilian plane crash in southern Turkey

A civilian training plane crashed on Monday in Turkey's southern province of Antalya, killing two and seriously injuring another, state-run Anadolu Agency reported.

According to Demiroren News Agency, the single-engine aircraft had three people on board and fell on a farm in Manavgat district shortly after taking off.

Ambulances and firefighters were dispatched to the scene after the accident.

The cause of the crash is unclear yet.

On Oct. 30, 2018, a training plane crashed in the same area, killing two people.
