Video: China-Africa Media Webinar on Combating COVID-19

China.org.cn presents video coverage of the China-Africa Media Webinar on Combating COVID-19 between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on June 4. The webinar, themed "strengthen China-Africa cooperation and pool the media's anti-epidemic efforts worldwide," was hosted by the China International Publishing Group (CIPG) and jointly organized by the CIPG Training Center and China Internet Information Center (China.org.cn) on June 3.

Twelve press officials and senior media workers from the nine countries of China, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Mozambique, Nigeria and Uganda took part. They discussed such topics as "sharing anti-epidemic experiences in media reporting in China and Africa," "the media's roles and responsibilities in major public emergencies," and "strengthening anti-epidemic exchanges and cooperation between China and Africa, and jointly building a community of shared future."
