A children's film and educational festival intended for pupils aged 9-12 are expected to draw some one thousand children from several municipalities in Macedonia on Friday-Sunday.

At the festival, children's movies from the Netherlands, Germany and Slovakia will be screened. In addition to projections, the festival offers many educational workshops for animation, safe Internet, recycling, dance and for learning about the European Union.

Opening the festival, Culture Minister Elizabeta Kanceska-Milevska said "Our Little Festival" would stimulate the creativity, fantasy and inventiveness of children.

"May this festival serve as a possibility to create healthy, conscious and smart generations," she added. Endi
