A moderate magnitude earthquake hit northeast India with its epicenter at the India-Myanmar border at 07:13 a.m. local time (01:43 GMT) Wednesday, said local TV reports.
No casualty has been reported from quake, measured at 5.9 degrees on Richter scale, said local TV Times Now citing meteorological sources.
The tremors were felt in the states of Assam, Manipur and Meghalaya, said the report.
