Nestle Singapore said it is recalling Kit Kat Chunky Peanut Butter chocolate bar here after seven customers in UK found a piece of plastic in the product, Straits Times daily said on Saturday.

According to the company's statement, there are totally four Kit Kat Chunky special varieties bars, including 48g size bars in Peanut Butter, Hazelnut, Chocolate Fudge and Caramel flavors, as well as the Kit Kat Chunky Collection Giant Egg recalled in UK, Germany, Switzerland, Malta, Austria, Singapore, Philippines and Canada.

Among all these recalled products, only the peanut butter Kit Kat Chunky bars are sold here, while the affected products were predominantly sold in UK.

Nestle Singapore added the recall is a precautionary measure. Endi
