Saudi Arabia approves loans for industrial projects

The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) approved on Monday 10 loans worth over 105 million U.S. dollars to finance the country's industrial projects, according to Saudi Press Agency.

The projects include the establishment of eight new factories in the kingdom and the expansion of two existing industrial plants, which may in all need an investment of more than 212 million dollars.

The SIDF, established in 1974, works for the development of the industrial sector in Saudi Arabia. Its capital is now 10.6 billion dollars, compared to the initial figure of 133 million dollars. Endi
