Kyrgyzstan's foreign trade turnover in the first nine months increased 8.5 percent over the same period last year, topping 5.24 billion U.S. dollars, the State Customs Service reported on its website Thursday.
Imports amounted to 4.21 billion dollars, an increase of 11.4 percent, while the volume of exports in the first three quarters reached 1.03 billion dollars, 1.8 percent down on the same period last year.
Kyrgyzstan's international reserves amounted to 2.11 billion dollars at the end of September, 2 percent up on the start of the year, the government press service said Thursday.
