The world Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has discovered problems with a drug-testing laboratory which will serve for the Sochi Winter Olympics three month later, disclosed WADA President John Fahey during the fourth World Conference on Doping in Sports on Thursday.

Confirmed that WADA is probing "a matter" with the laboratory located in Moscow, John Fahey refused to tell what the problem is or to give any further details.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) medical commission chairman Arne Ljungqvist said the organization had been aware of the problems, and is waiting for the investigation results in the coming few days.

The Sochi Winter Olympics will take place from February 7th to 23rd 2014, followed by the Paralympic winter games on 7th March.

The WADA-accredited lab has been used for drug tests during the Moscow World Championships in August.

The fourth World Conference on Doping in Sports which brought together over 1000 delegates from countries and regions from all over the world, will ratify the revised 2015 Doping Code and related International Standards on Friday.

The new WADA president and vice president will also be elected by the end of the meeting. Endi
