Moscow proposes to hold special talks during the Geneva-II conference which would gather representatives of the United States, United Nations and all Syrian sides, a senior Russian diplomat said Monday.

Russian diplomats approached the negotiations process "in a highly creative way" and they suggested that UN-Arab League Special Envoy to Syria Lakhdar Brahimi could contact with Russian, U.S. and Syrian delegation "either separately or together," Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov told reporters.
