Four people were killed, and 55 others were injured when three buildings collapsed early Friday morning in Casablanca, the Moroccan economic hub.

According to local authorities, the accident happened while most people were still asleep, and the rescue team are still searching for survivors.

Moroccan king Mohammed VI went to the site in the Bourgogne neighborhood in Casablanca, and visited the injured in a local hospital.

So far, it is still unclear why the buildings crumbled. Endi
