The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) Friday has rerouted flights after the deadly crash of the Malaysia Airlines' MH17.
The CAVV said on its website on Friday that it has asked the national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines to detour flights between Vietnam and the European countries to bypass the flight information regions of Ukraine, especially in eastern area and in Simferopol flight information region.
Vietnam Airlines was asked to watch closely on flight plans and direct airlines over the adjustment.
Earlier on Thursday evening, after receiving the information of the crash of the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 which killed 298 people onboard, the Vietnam Airlines delayed four flights from Vietnam to European countries. The flights were then departed on Friday morning. Endi
