DPRK leader Kim Yong Nam to visit Uganda in African tour

Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) is to visit Uganda on Wednesday, aimed at deepening relations between the two countries.

Kim Yong Nam will hold talks with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni before signing a series of agreements during the four-day visit, a statement issued by the State House said Tuesday.

He will also meet the Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga.

The DPRK delegation, which includes Kang Ha Guk, minister of Public Health, Kung Sok Ung, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs and So Kil Bok, vice-minister of External Economic Relations, will also visit Ethiopia, Sudan and Congo. Endit
