Top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong Un has overseen a flight drill by the Korean People's Army (KPA), the official KCNA news agency reported Thursday.

In the drill, the KPA's jets performed taking-off and landing, targets intercepting and special aerobatics, said the report.

Kim boarded a plane that took part in the drill and asked in detail about the engineering data. He also had a conversation with a pilot.
