Thailand condemns Paris terrorist attack

Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o- cha on Thursday denounced a terrorist attack in Paris which left at least 12 people dead, and conveyed condolences to the French government and the families of the victims.

In a statement, Prayut said he was "profoundly shocked and saddened to learn of the brutal attack" on the office of the French magazine Charlie Hebdo on Wednesday.

"Thailand strongly condemns this act of terrorism. All perpetrators must be brought to justice. We stand in solidarity with the people of the French Republic in this moment of mourning, " he said.

"In condemning this terrorist act, Thailand remains fully committed to working with the international community to fight terrorism in all its forms," Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Tanasak Patimapragorn said. Endi
