Tokyo shares open flat on Greek woes

Tokyo shares opened flat on Wednesday with its benchmark Nikkei index remaining almost unchanged as sentiment here was balanced by a better outlook of Japan's central bank's business survey and continuous woes over Greek debt crisis.

At 9:15 a.m., the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average was up 0.41 point from Tuesday.

The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 1.73 points, or 0.11 percent, at 1, 628.67. Endi
