U.S. Vice President Joe Biden will arrive in Vancouver on Sunday to cheer for the American team against its Japanese rival in the FIFA Women's World Cup final.

Biden will meet with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper while in Vancouver and they will participate in a photo opportunity for the media, according to a statement issued by the Prime Minister's office.

It's the second straight time that the U.S. will play Japan for women's World Cup supremacy. In 2011, Japan bested the U.S. in a 3-1 penalty shoot-out victory, following a 2-2 draw, making Japan the first Asian team to win a FIFA World Cup. Endi
