LME base metals prices increase on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 50 U.S. dollars, or 1.11 percent, to 4,557.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 30 U.S. dollars, or 2.02 percent, to 1,518 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 19 U.S. dollars, or 1.15 percent, to 1,669 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 35 U.S. dollars, or 2.24 percent, to 1600 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 75 U.S. dollars, or 0.87 percent, to 8,737.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 375 U.S. dollars, or 2.67 percent, to 14,437.5 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
