LME base metals close mixed on Tuesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed mixed on Tuesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 6.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.14 percent, to 4,637.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 15 U.S. dollars, or 0.98 percent, to 1,510 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 32 U.S. dollars, or 1.80 percent, to 1,808 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 46 U.S. dollars, or 2.74 percent, to 1,727 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 10 U.S. dollars, or 0.12 percent, to 8,280 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 500 U.S. dollars, or 3.32 percent, to 15,575 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
