The Houston Rockets beat the visiting New York Knicks in a NBA pre-season game 130-103 at the Toyota Center on Tuesday night.

With the absence of guard Pat Beverley, who had soreness in his left knee, the Rockets led by James Harden did a good job, leading the first half 68-42 and finishing the game with a 32-point advantage.

For the Rockets, Harden scored 28 points with 11 assists and six rebounds while his teammate Ryan Anderson added 26 points.

The Knicks star Carmelo Anthony only had 10 points, but teammates Kristaps Porzingis and Derrick Rose scored 22 and 16 points respectively.

This is the Rockets' second consecutive victory in the 2016-17 NBA pre-season after it defeated the Shanghai Sharks 131-94 in its opener at the Toyota Center on Sunday night.

Currently, the Rockets improved to 2-0 while the Knicks were 0-1. Endit
