Tunisia gets loan from ADB to boost economic reform

Tunisia has signed a loan agreement with the African Development Bank worth about 180 million euros to ensure economic development.

Under the agreement, the loan is repayable during 20 years, including 5 years of grace and an estimated interest rate of 4.0 percent.

According to the text of the agreement, these funds will be allocated for conditional direct budget support and the government is committed to setting up a series of economic reforms in a number of vital sectors.

The program aims to contribute to a comprehensive economic and social development through reforms. Endit
