FC Barcelona coach Luis Enrique saw his side produce one of their best displays of the season as they defeated Celta Vigo 5-0 on Saturday night and before sounding a warning to Paris Saint Germain that their hopes of reaching the Champions League quarter-finals are far from over.

Barca will need to overcome a 4-0 deficit in Europe, but after watching a magnificent display from Leo Messi, Neymar and company, Luis Enrique insisted that nothing was impossible.

"Paris don't defend like Celta do, but confidence is vital," commented the Barca boss.

"People think we are out before the game has kicked off, but with some positive circumstances we can try it and we will do that until the last minute."

"I don't know if this was our best display of the season as we have played very well at times, but it is one of the best and if I had to write a script for Wednesday's game, it would be similar with us scoring goals, creating chances and working hard. If we do that, we are going to have chances of getting back into the tie," he insisted.

The performance came just three days after Luis Enrique had announced that he would not be continuing as Barca coach next season and the coach was pleased that his announcement had not affected his players.

"It's a good job they played well," he joked. "I don't think my news affected them at all, we are all professionals and we have had been together for many months and I have been here for three years trying to get to the end of the season in the best possible shape," he concluded. Endit
