NEW YORK, July 15 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale jolted 23 km ESE of Pirgos, Greece, at 4:30 p.m. ET Saturday (2030 GMT), the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 8.7 km, was initially determined to be at 34.9234 degrees north latitude and 25.3956 degrees east longitude. Enditem
