BERLIN, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- The following are major news items on leading German newspapers on Tuesday.

The economy in Germany is growing, exports are reaching new records every year, and unemployment is as low as it has been for a long time.
However, the German Ministry for Economic and Labour (BMWi) fears that people with low incomes will hardly profit from economic growth.
