U.S. dollar climbs against most major currencies

NEW YORK, Oct. 23 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar rose against most major currencies on Monday amid rising expectations for a tax reform in the country.

In late New York trading, the euro decreased to 1.1734 dollars from 1.1777 dollars, while the dollar bought 113.74 Japanese yen, higher than 113.54 yen in the previous session. Enditem
