BANGKOK -- Thai Deputy Prime Minister Wissanu Krea-ngam has on Monday afternoon reassured the Thai media that the time frame set for 2019 general election will be between Feb. 24 and May 5 next year.

PHNOM PENH -- Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen on Tuesday held a consultation forum with leaders of 16 political parties after his ruling party won a sweeping victory in a recent general election.

SEOUL -- South Korea's intellectual property rights deficit hit a record low in the first half of this year thanks to spreading popularity for local computer and mobile games, central bank data showed Tuesday.
