FRANKFURT, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- German stocks rose on Monday, with the benchmark DAX index up 162.03 points, or 1.45 percent, to close at 11,354.72 points.
Material manufacturer Covestro won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 4.83 percent. Deutsche Bank and global internet technology and financial services provider Wirecard rose by 4.27 percent and 3.38 percent respectively.
Marketplace organizer for the trading of shares and securities Deutsche Boerse group lost the most among the blue chips, by falling 1.18 percent. Renal dialysis equipment supplier Fresenius Medical down by 1.03 percent. Sportswear and equipment maker Adidas down by 0.72 percent.
German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom was the most-traded share with a turnover of 275.26 million euros (312.77 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
