FRANKFURT, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- German stocks closed flat on Wednesday, with the benchmark DAX index down 10.23 points, or 0.09 percent, to close at 11,298.88 points.
Tire specialist Continental lost 4.24 percent, the top loser among the blue chips, followed by semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies and energy group E.ON, which lost 1.65 percent and 1.39 percent respectively.
European health care company Fresenius SE gained 3.30 percent, becoming the top gainer. Global internet technology and financial services provider Wirecard advanced 1.96 percent. Industrial giant Thyssenkrupp went up by 1.61 percent.
Continental was the most traded share with a turnover of 232.17 million euros (261.98 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
