MADRID, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- The return legs of the Spanish Copa del Rey knockout tournament will be played over the coming three days in Spain, although none of the country's top sides look to be in danger of suffering an upset.

The home and away format of the tournament makes it more difficult for upsets to happen, with only Eibar and Espanyol in danger of losing to lower category sides after first leg defeats to Sporting Gijon and Cadiz, while Sevilla will have to be careful after a 0-0 draw away to Villanovense.

There are four games on Tuesday, with Valencia at home to third tier side Ebro, while Getafe have a 2-1 lead at home to Cordoba. It's all square after 90 minutes in the south-Madrid derby between Rayo Vallecano and Leganes, while Espanyol need to come back from 2-1 down against Cadiz.

Wednesday has FC Barcelona defend a 1-0 first leg lead at home to Cultural Leonesa, while Atletico Madrid face Sant Andreu in the two standout matches, before Real Madrid play Melilla on Thursday afternoon.

With Thursday a national holiday in Spain, the game in the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium will be played at 4pm, but with Madrid defending a 4-0 lead from the first leg, there is little chance of an upset, and Madrid coach Santiago Solari will no doubt use the game to give minutes to players such as Mariano Diaz and Isco, who have been struggling for minutes recently.
