-- Months before Western Cape Premier Helen Zille's term comes to an end, the African National Congress (ANC) in Western Cape wants her out of office after the latest public protector probe.

Acting ANC provincial chairperson Khaya Magaxa said on Sunday that whenever Zille was in trouble she resorted to insults, while the Democratic Alliance gathered around her like an swarm of angry hornets whose colony had been disturbed. (Independent Online)

-- The Justice Project South Africa, a civil society organization, on Sunday called the proposals by the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) to review driving laws a recipe for disaster and a catalyst for corruption.

The RTMC has announced that it is considering having the K53 method reviewed and having novice drivers accompanied by experienced drivers for the first six months behind the wheel. (Eyewitness News)

-- Former President Jacob Zuma on Sunday vowed to appeal a judgment that he should pay for his legal fees.
