MOSCOW -- At least four people were killed and 35 others remained missing after a household gas explosion rocked a residential building in the Russian city of Magnitogorsk on Monday, the Russian Emergencies Ministry said.

BAGHDAD -- Iraqi Air Force carried out airstrikes on a position of Islamic State (IS) extremist group inside Syria near the Iraqi border, the Iraqi military said on Monday.
The Iraqi F-16 jets bombarded a two-storey building where 30 extremist militants were inside for a meeting of the group's leaders, and totally destroyed it in Susa area in eastern Syria, a statement issued by the Iraqi Joint Operations Command (JOC) said, without saying when the airstrike took place.
