MANILA -- The death toll from landslides and flooding triggered by heavy rains in the Philippines has climbed to 71, the government disaster agency said on Monday night.

SANAA -- Yemen's rival forces on Monday traded accusations of breaching a UN-brokered cease-fire in flashpoint Red Sea port city of Hodeidah.

JAKARTA -- At least eight people were killed as landslides buried 34 houses in Indonesia's West Java province, a senior official in the western province said on Monday night.
