World Bank expects 2.9 pct rise in Morocco's GDP in 2019

RABAT, Jan. 9 (Xinhua) -- The World Bank expects Morocco's GDP growth to expand by 2.9 percent in 2019, local media reported on Wednesday.

Morocco's economic growth reached 3.2 percent in 2018, supported by robust agricultural production and tourism, the Moroccan Medias24.com said, citing World Bank annual Global Economic Prospects.

The bank expects an increase of 3.5 percent of GDP growth in 2020. Enditem
