NAIROBI, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- The following are the news highlights in Kenyan media outlets on Thursday.

-- The government will hunt the planners and financiers of the 14 Riverside Drive attack which claimed 21 lives and left many with injuries, President Uhuru Kenyatta warned yesterday.

In an address to the nation after the 20-hour siege, President Kenyatta declared that all the terrorists had been killed but did not say the number of attackers involved. (Daily Nation)

-- Political leaders, activists and tourism sector players yesterday condemned Tuesday's terrorist attack. They also paid tribute to security forces for their swift response to the attack.

Opposition leader Raila Odinga, former vice-president Kalonzo Musyoka and Governor Charity Ngilu (Kitui) said Kenya remained unbowed in the face of the terror attacks by Al-Shabaab. (Standard)

-- Tullow Oil plans to start transferring 2,000 barrels of crude oil from Turkana to Mombasa starting April.
