JAKARTA, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- The Indonesian e-sports team has set a target to win two gold medals at the forthcoming Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in the Philippines later this year, the Indonesian E-sports Association said here on Wednesday.

"The biggest opportunity to win gold is in Dota 2 and Tekken 7," said Eddy Lim, chairman of the association.

The association will send three to four teams to compete in the Dota 2 and Tekken seven events, Lim confirmed.

He also admitted that athletes from three nations, hosts the Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam, will be tough opponents for the Indonesians.

According to the chairman, the training for the Games will be intensified after April.

"We will prepare training camp for them," said Imam Nahrawi, the Indonesian Youth and Sport Minister.

The 30th biennial regional multi-sport event is scheduled to be held in the Philippines from November 30 to December 11. Enditem
