ADEN, Yemen -- Representatives from Yemen's warring factions started talks aboard ship to discuss peace efforts in the Red Sea port city of Hodeidah on Sunday, a government official told Xinhua.

The government source, who asked to remain anonymous, said that representatives of the Saudi-backed government and the Houthi rebels at the Redeployment Coordination Committee attended a meeting with presence of General Patrick Cammaert, the UN cease-fire chief monitor aboard a ship in Hodeidah province. JERUSALEM -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned on Sunday that Israel "will not hesitate" to use force against the Gaza Strip if the protest near the fence continues.

"I would like to make it clear," Netanyahu said at the start of his weekly cabinet meeting, "if the quiet is not maintained in Gaza, we will make the decisions even in the elections period and will not hesitate to act." (Israel-PM-Gaza)

MOSCOW -- At least 7 people, including three children, were killed and 31 others injured after a bus fell into a ditch and overturned in Russia's Kaluga Region bordering Moscow, TASS news agency reported Sunday.

The wounded, including 23 children, suffered no serious injuries, deputy governor of the Kaluga Region Konstantin Gorobtsov was quoted by TASS as saying. (Russia-Accident)

MOGADISHU -- The African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) said it is expected to draw down soldiers by 1,000 this month in Somalia's HirShabelle State, where Burundi troops operating under AMISOM now have their main base in Jowhar, the capital of HirShabelle.
