LUSAKA, Feb. 4 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Zambia's major media outlets on Monday.

-- The Zambian government has dispelled reports circulating on social media that Vice-President Inonge Wina has been evacuated to India for specialist medical treatment.

Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Services Permanent Secretary Chanda Kasolo said the reports were not true, adding that the vice-president traveled to India for a routine medical check-up. (The Mast)

-- Zambian President Edgar Lungu has commended the country's revenue agency for implementing enhanced tax collection measures.

Lungu said the Zambia Revenue Authority was doing a good job in ensuring that it collects taxes from all stakeholders. (Times of Zambia)

-- Zambia's Finance Minister Margaret Mwanakatwe is leading a high-level delegation of ministers and senior government officials to attend this year's mining conference in South Africa.
