LONDON, Feb. 6 (Xinhua) -- British stocks decreased on Wednesday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index down by 0.06 percent, or 4.28 points, to close at 7,173.09 points.
RSA Insurance Group, a British multinational general insurance company, soared 2.94 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips. Barratt Developments and Evraz increased by 2.82 percent and 2.64 percent, respectively.
