DAMASCUS -- The Syrian Constitution is not for bargaining, said Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday.

There will be no dialogue between the national side, who protected the country, and others who were a puppet for the West, said the president during a meeting with local administration officials in Damascus.
