MUNICH, Germany -- The 55th Munich Security Conference (MSC) closed Sunday as majority of participants shared the conviction that international order faces serious problems.

DAMASCUS -- Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said Sunday that the Syrian Constitution is not for bargaining.

JERUSALEM -- Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appointed on Sunday acting minister of foreign affairs, following a Supreme Court's petition calling him to relinquish the portfolio.

YAOUNDE -- Gunmen released 145 students and teachers in a restive English-speaking region of Cameroon on Sunday, about 24 hours after their kidnapping, school authorities said.
