CAIRO -- A terrorist and two Egyptian policemen were killed Monday in a bomb explosion in the old quarter of the Egyptian capital Cairo, the interior ministry said.

MADRID -- The Executive Committee of Spanish center-right Citizens party, or Ciudadanos, on Monday ruled out forming a coalition government or making any post general electoral pact with the Socialist Party of Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez.

BAGHDAD -- The Islamic State (IS) militants Monday killed one civilian and kidnapped seven others in a desert area south of Iraq's western province of Anbar, a provincial security source said.
