Dollar changes hands in lower 111 yen zone in early trade in Tokyo

TOKYO, March 19 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 111 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Tuesday, largely in line with its levels in New York overnight.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 111.38-40 yen compared with 111.38-48 yen in New York and 111.48-49 yen at 5 p.m. on Monday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1335-1336 dollars and 126.27-28 yen against 1.1335-1345 dollars and 126.32-42 yen in New York and 1.1348-1349 dollars and 126.51-55 yen in late Monday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Enditem
