NEW DELHI -- At least one person was killed and around 50 others are feared trapped under debris after an under-construction building collapsed Tuesday in southwestern Indian state of Karnataka, local government officials said.

PHNOM PENH -- The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Cambodia and Shenzhen 4PX Express, part of the Alibaba Cainiao Logistics Group, signed here on Tuesday a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on building an ecosystem to nurture e-commerce and related logistics.
