HELSINKI -- Finland has no need to expand training operations with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), said Commander of the Finnish Defense Forces General Jarmo Lindberg Saturday.

CARACAS -- Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro announced Saturday the arrest of a "powerful Colombian paramilitary leader" in the Venezuelan state of Carabobo.

CAPE TOWN -- The slow land reform in South Africa has caused impatience among the public and it needs to be accelerated if the country is to correct historical injustice, President Cyril Ramaphosa said Saturday.
