ATHENS, April 3 (Xinhua) -- Germany's Brose Bamberg entered the final four of the Basketball Champions League on Wednesday despite losing 69-67 to AEK B.C. in Athen's OAKA stadium.

Brose Bamberg won the quarterfinal first leg 71-67 at home.

Bryce Taylor was amazing for the German team scoring three three-pointers in the last 10 minutes and Tyrese Rice scored the final two-pointer to keep the difference between the two teams below 5 points. Rice scored 25 points overall and was definitely the VIP of the game.

Seven minutes to go, AEK B.C. enjoyed a 63-51 lead and seemed ready to advance to the semifinals for the second consecutive year. But the unstoppable Bryce Taylor scored three times in a row for three-pointers and kept the Germans alive with 65-60.

Vince Hunter scored 19 points and Delroy James added 12 points for AEK B.C.. Enditem
