LONDON, April 9 (Xinhua) -- British stocks decreased on Tuesday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index down by 0.35 percent, or 26.32 points, to close at 7,425.57 points.
Smurfit Kappa Group, a leading corrugated packaging company, was the worst performer in the blue chips, with its shares losing 3.85 percent. TUI, a Germany-based integrated tourism group, dropped 3.11 percent. Just Eat, an online food order and delivery service, fell 2.49 percent.
ITV, a British media company, soared 2.25 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips. NMC Health and WPP increased by 2.23 percent and 2.09 percent, respectively. Enditem
